You should return your rental car (or replacement car) with at least as much fuel as when it was delivered to you.
Should you fail to do so, the supplier is entitled for the price of the missing fuel and a fuel surcharge.
The fuel level is documented at the time of Handover and Handback. Swapp only accepts these documents and photos as evidence to resolve any potential claims.
