You can make a booking in four simple steps:
1. Set the handover date (the “start date”).
2. Select the car that best matches your needs.
3. Select pickup location or delivery address.
4. Accept Terms and Conditions, and make the payment

Please note:
- You can set your handback date (the “end date”) after placing your booking.
- If you are booking a car for the first time, you'll need to go through a customer verification process (KYC). This process consists of submitting your ID, driving license, visa and passport. We do this to validate your identity and to provide a pleasant user experience for all parties involved.
- Your request is sent to the supplier. They have 3 working hours to approve or decline the booking. You will receive a notification with confirmation of approval, or a reason for rejection.
- You will be charged the first month’s rental fee to the credit or debit card added to your Swapp Account.
