When you register on Swapp you have to accept the Swapp Terms and Conditions.
Citizens and Residents:
- Vehicles inspection report is the only report you as well as the supplier, have to sign.
- There is no physical rental agreement which will be signed at the time of handover. ELM (https://www.moi.gov.sa/) will send an OTP on Absher registered mobile number for e-rental agreement and TAMM authorization (E-Rental agreement link will be sent by SMS).
-These documents govern the rental relationship between the parties.
Other GCC and Tourists:
- Payment authorisation form of your credit card, Rental Agreement and Vehicles inspection report needs to be signed by you. These documents govern the rental relationship between the parties.
- At the time of handing over the car an OTP will be sent to your registered number for TAMM authorization (E-Rental agreement can also be shared for your reference).
