Here is what you need to do:
- Please call the roadside assistance number by clicking on your Booking ID in your swapp landing page, the team will assist you on the next steps involved with receiving your replacement vehicle.
- Please directly report the accident on the Najm app. Fill in the appropriate details, and download the report (we will need this to file an insurance claim and to determine whether the insurance excess will be charged to you).
- Please contact Swapp at the earliest possible time during our working hours
